By accessing and using Fantascores, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Fantascores is a fantasy football prediction platform that allows users to:

• Make predictions on football match outcomes
• Compete with friends in private leagues
• Participate in public leagues
• Track prediction statistics and performance
• Connect with other users through our social features

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years old
• Not create multiple accounts for the same person
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate content or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to manipulate the service
• Share your account with others

5. Prediction Rules

Our prediction system operates as follows:

• 3 points: Exact score prediction (e.g., predicted 2-1, actual 2-1)
• 1 point: Correct outcome (e.g., predicted home win, actual home win)
• 0 points: Incorrect prediction
• Predictions must be made at least 5 minutes before match kickoff
• Predictions cannot be changed after the deadline

6. Leagues and Competition

League participation rules:

• Each competition has one global league per season, open to every user
• You join a league automatically when you submit your first prediction in that competition
• Leagues cannot be created, renamed or deleted by users
• When a season ends its league closes and your final position is archived to a permanent season record
• Friendly matches are predictable for fun only and are never scored or ranked

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on Fantascores, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data Usage

We collect and use match data from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all match information is completely accurate or up-to-date.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fantascores is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccurate information.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Italy.
